Customer – natural person or legal entity making a transaction with seller.

Sale agreement is concluded in Polish, on time and for sale realization.

Unless the agreement provides otherwise, Shop will issue the goods to the Customer immediately.

COMPLAINT TERMS

The Shop is obligated to deliver goods without the defects – unless Shop informed Customer about the product’s defects before the Sale agreement. In case of product’s defects, Customer has possibility to complaint based on warranty regulated by Civil Codex. Using the warranty, Customer is able, on the terms and terms regulated by Civil Codex:

  1. Make a price reduction statement
  2. Submit a statement of withdrawal from the sale agreement
  3. Demand for the replacement of things to be free of defects
  4. Demand for the removal of the defect T

The store accepts complaints based on the warranty: by e-mail, in writing or in personal at the Store office.

In order to consider complaint Customer, if required, is obliged, in the case of the Customer, at the expense of the Shop, to deliver the defective goods to the shops office address.

Shop suggests to include in complaint following information to help with complaint processing:

  • customer’s identification data,
  • short defect description,
  • the moment of finding the defect
  • Customer's claim for complaint.

Every recommendation of the Shop, which is in this document, has only the nature of a non-binding indication from the Customer, from which the Customer may or may not take advantage. If Customer decides not to follow Shop's recommendations, it does not affect the rights of the Customer, in particular, and does not affect the rights associated with the warranty. Shop will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

EXTRAJUDICIAL METHODS OF OF EXAMINING COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATING CLAIMS

When the complaint procedure does not bring the result expected by the Customer, the Customer may

 

PRIVACY POLITICS

If it will be necessary to provide personal data for the conclusion of the agreement, we inform that the administrator will be the Shop, and the processing will take place on the following principles.

Depending on what you decide, uurpose of processing may be:

  • Conclusion of agreement
  • Direct Marketing, other than newsletter;
  • Sending newsletter:
  • Sale agreement or action taken at your request to conclude it (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO)
  • Legal obligation imposed on us, eg. connected accounting (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO)
  • Your agree expressed at store (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO)
  • An agreemeny for the provision of services or activities taken at your request, to conclude it (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO)
  • Our legitimate interest in the processing of data to determine, assert or defend any claims (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO)
  • Our legitimate interest in the direct marketing (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO):
  • voluntary, but in some cases it may be necessary to conclude an agreement. The effect of not providing data:
  • no possibility to make purchase in Shop
  • no possibility to receive any information about special offers offered in the store
  • Withdrawal of consent:
  • At any time, processing your data until you withdraw your consent remains legal.

PROCESING PERIOD

Your data will be processed by the Shop only for the period in which it will have a legal basis, and thus until the moment when:

  • legal obligation, which obligates its to process your data, will no longer exist
  • there will be no possibility of claiming related to the agreement concluded by the Shop or parties
  • you will withdraw the consent to the processing of data if it was its basis
  • your objection to the processing of your personal data will be accepted - if the basis for processing your data was the legitimate interest of the administrator or if the data was processed for direct marketing, including profiling - depending on what is applicable in the case and which will take place at the latest.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have right to request:

  • access to your personal data,
  • to correct them,
  • to delete them,
  • to limit processing,
  • to request to transfer your data to another administrator,

You can also:

  • object to the processing of your data at any time:

for reasons related to your particular situation - in relation to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (on legitimate interests realized by the administrator), including profiling based on these regulations,

f personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.

Contact the Shop if you want to take adventage of your rights. If you feel that your data is being processed unlawfully, you can submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.

EXTERNAL SERVICES / DATA RECIVERS

We use the services of external entities to whom your data may be transferred. Below is a list of possible recipients of your data:

  • software provider needed to run an online store
  • couriers
  • wholesales
  • payment method provider
  • accounting office
  • people cooperating with us on the basis of civil law agreements, supporting our current activity
  • software provider that facilitates running a business (e.g. accounting software)
  • entity providing us with technical support
  • proper public authorities to which the Administrator is obliged to provide to them data.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have right to request:

  • access to your personal data,
  • to correct them,
